Owner/President

Jerry Davis

A life-long Texan, who’s passion for construction started at an early age as he comes from a family of Carpenters and Tradesmen. An accomplished finish carpenter himself, Jerry has learned that taking pride in the details is what separates those in the Trade. Jerry Davis launched his Company in 2015 specializing in one off Custom Homes. While Jerry’s experience is largely in the Custom Home Market, his beginnings in construction prior to 2015 were in structural design, remodeling and building efficiency homes which offered training in and gave greater perspective to the project management aspect of building.

Jerry personally meets with clients in every stage of the project including the design process in which Jerry personally designs his client’s dream homes. In addition, he visits and inspects all homes as they progress in addition of his Project Manager who is responsible for the day to day activity at the site.

He is sincerely committed to continuing education and maintaining up to date knowledge on structural integrity, energy efficiency, moisture protection, as well as trending home designs.

Jerry lives in the Union Valley community with his wife Mary and they have two adult children, Jordan and Mallory.
